How this platform works: Reviews are published verbatim; the moderation platform does not allow Cart Capital staff to edit the text of a review. Published reviews cannot be deleted or quietly unpublished through this platform; a review can only be withheld for one of four disclosed reasons, each removal requires a public reason and is logged, and the counts above update live from the review database. Any reader can report a review, and reports go to the moderation team and are logged. Reviews submitted through a direct partner invitation carry a Verified Invitation badge. Every review from a verified partner that meets the review guidelines is published, regardless of rating.
